He started his career as a model and got a role in an episode of Angel as Good Looking Guy and got the role in the comedy Doctor Benny and in films like Mi Amigo, Moving August, and Cold Heart just after that. He performs the lead role in the Sci-Fi Channel movie Sabretooth. He appeared in NCIS episode, "My Other Left Foot"; The Lyon's Den episode, Walker, Texas Ranger episode, "Medieval Crimes. He was James "Sawyer" Ford in the hit television series Lost. He appeared in the film Stay Cool in 2009. He became the cast of Mission: Impossible: Ghost Protocol in September 2010.
