He started acting when he was in grade five. He appeared in the television series Degrassi: The Next Generation, Flashpoint and also in films like Citizen Duane. He appeared in Saw VI as Brent and in the series of Diary of a Wimpy Kid as Rodrick Heffley. He appeared for 13 episodes of Being Erica as Erica's deceased brother Leo.
