About Shah Jahan
If you ever visited the
Taj Mahal, you must know the name of its founder, Shah Jahan. He was the fifth Mughal emperor who ruled for about three decades. The emperor is still remembered for his efforts to make the Taj Mahal which he made in memory of his beloved wife, Mumtaz Mahal. Shah Jahan left examples of Mughal architecture and thus became an important topic while studying Indian history.
