Jodrell Bank Observatory is an observatory located in the University of Machester. It is a part of the Jodrell Bank Centre for Astrophysics having a number of radio telescopes. It was founded in 1945 by Bernard Lovell. It is situated at an altitude of 77 meters. It was declared as World Heritage Site in July 2019.
