About Lim Chu Kang
Lim Chu Kang is an urban area in North Singapore. It is surrounded by Western Water Catchment in the west and south, the Straits of Johor in the north, and Sungei Kadut to the east. The village was founded by a Chinese immigrant named Neo Ao Tiew. The area is also popular for its pepper and gambier plantations. It covers an area of 17.3 kilometers square. Low Yen Ling is currently serving as mayor of the place.
