About Korean Folk Village
Korean Folk Village is a museum located in Yongin city of Seoul, South Korea. It is a living museum and was opened to the public in 1974. The museum is situated close to Everland amusement park and is also a popular tourist destination, attracting both Korean and foreign tourists. The park is divided into different sections, which provide a hint about traditional houses of different social classes from various regions of Korea. The plays are organized two times a day. Also, you can enjoy Horseback riding, traditional life experience, ferry and many other things offered by the village. The village remains open throughout the week from 10:00 am to 6:30 pm.

Bus

  • The park offers Ghost-themed attraction during summers between 4:00 pm to 10:00 pm. The actors played traditional ghosts, which is prevalent in Korean traditions. It is a common attraction where a female artist dressed in sobok with long black hair appears in front of you and scare you.
