About Classical Weimar
Classical Weimar is a combination of eleven sites that are located in and around Weimar city of Germany. The city is situated along the Ilm river, in the east of Erfurt. The site includes Goethe House, Anna Amalia Library, Schloss Weimar, Historical Cemetary Ettersburg Castle, and Park among others. The whole site is declared as UNESCO World Heritage in 1998. All these properties are popular as the center of Enlightenment at the time of the eighteenth and early nineteenth centuries.
