Jalan Jaksa is a small street located in Menteng, Jakarta, Indonesia. It is just 400 meters longs starting from Jalan Keban Sirih to Jalah KH Wahid Hasyim and vice-versa. The street is maintained by Dinas Pekerjaah Umum DKI Jakarta. It was a popular gathering place among law students at the time of the Dutch colonial era. It got popular among backpackers due to International Youth Hostel Federation in the 1960s. Still, it is a famous place among domestic as well international backpackers. It could be visited anytime in all of the seven days of the week.
How To Reach Jalan Jaksa
You can easily go there using the Transjakarta bus or taxi. It is just one kilometer away from National Museum. If you are going there by train then you have to get off at Gondangdia railway station and after a 10 to 15-minute walk, you will be at your destination.
