Swargashram is a popular ashram located in the divine city of Rishikesh. The ashram is located in between the Ganga river and Shivalik hills, thus providing beautiful views and a feeling of being blessed. It is home to several small ashrams and temples including Geeta Bhawan. After crossing Ram Jhula and walking a few steps, you will reach the place. The ashram offers over thousand rooms which are available free of cost to the devotees. It was built in memory of Swami Vishudhanand (Kali Kamli Wala). The ashram provides ethnic touch and connects one with spirituality which made it a favorite destination of foreign tourists as well as locals.

Swargashram is a popular tourist destination and it is easy to reach there as most of the locals knew about the place. Several means of transport are available you can choose whichever is comfortable.

Bus
After reaching the Rishikesh bus stop, you can hire any local means of transport which will leave you at the Muni-ki-reti stop, close to Ram Jhula. You have to cross Ram Jhula on foot and after a small walk, you will reach the destination.

Train
Various trains are available at Rishikesh railway station, if not you can hire a taxi directly from Haridwar or Dehradun which will take you to the Muni-ki-reti stop. You have to follow the same steps as tourists arriving there by bus or taxi.

Scooter
Scooter rentals are also available in Rishikesh. You can also go there with your personal scooter. Scooter and other two-wheeler are preferable as it is allowed to cross through Ram Setu and Janki Setu. Otherwise, you have to walk through Ram Jhula to reach the ashram.

Air
The Jollygrant airport is the nearest airport to the location. From there you can hire a taxi to Rishikesh or Muni-ki-Reti stop to explore different places in Rishikesh.
