About Chowmahalla Palace
Chowmahalla Palace is a historical building situated in Hyderabad city of Telangana state of India. The palace was the official residence of the Nizams at the time of their reign in Hyderabad. It is still a property of Barkat Ali Khan Mukarram Jah. The construction of the palace started in 1750 while it was completed in the 1880s. It is open for public visits from ten in the morning to five in the evening from Saturday to Thursday. A ticket of Rupees fifty per person is charged for an adult while for the children below ten it is Rupees 10. For the foreigners, the ticket price is Rupees 200 per person and extra charges for video and still camera.
