About Xian Museum
Xi'an Museum is a museum located in the city of Xi'an in Shaanxi, China. Cheng Jianzheng is currently serving as the director of the museum. It receives over two million visitors in a year. The construction of the museum started in 1989 and it was open to the general public in 1991. The museum complex covers an area of 65000 square meters while the building area is 55600 square meters. The museum opens at 8 in the morning and closes at 6 in the evening from Tuesday to Sunday. It remains closed on Monday.
