Sanskar Kendra is a well-known museum located in Ahmedabad, Gujarat. It was established in the year 1954 to represent the past time scenario of Ahemdabad in terms of art, architecture, and culture. The museum is a noted historic monument of India. It is always seen filled with tourists from around the world and counted among the list of top visited places of Gujarat.
HISTORY
The museum was planned by a renowned architect named Le Corbusier. It is constructed in a modern style. Initially, it was named as Museum of Knowledge. The museum was earlier a part of a huge complex named Cultural Centre of Ahemdabad which was later divided into a distinct pavilion related to archeology, anthropology, and sculptures as well as workshops and depots.

The museum is located on the Bhagtacharya Road near the Sardar Patel Bridge Paldi in Ahemdabad which is quite easy to be accessed by any means of transportation.

If one chooses to travel by bus then he/she must land at the nearest stands/stop like garage Bus Depot, Pladi Terminus, GSRTC Paldi Bus Stand, Laldarwaja Terminal, and Ahmedabad Central Bus Station.
