About Partition Museum
Partition Museum is a renowned place-based in Amritsar, India. It was constructed in the year 2017. The museum is dedicated to showcasing the collection and objects from the time of partition. The museum welcomes visitors from around the world who visit to experience the partition between two countries Indian and Pakistan.
The museum is operational to the public for six days of the week and keeps its door closed every Monday or any government holiday and the timings are 10:00 AM - 06:00 PM. The entry ticket of the museum is Rs 10 for Indian citizens and Rs 250 for a foreigner while no fee for children below the age of 5. Also no charges for all the people who survived the partition.

The museum can be easily accessible to the public as it is situated on Hall Road in Town Hall which is a central place of Amritsar.
By Bus
The nearest bus stands/stop to the museum is Amritsar stop; Amritsar Bus Depot station and City Bus stop which are distant at a distance of 850 m - 2.2 km away. It can be covered in 6-8 minutes by grabbing any public transport vehicle.
By Train
If one is arriving by train then he/she must drop off at the Amritsar Junction situated at an interval of 2 km away which can be covered in 6-7 minutes via any public transport vehicle.

The one arriving via flight must land at Sri Guru Ram Dass Jee International Airport which is located 12.7 km away. It can be routed within 26-30 minutes via any cab/taxi or any public transport vehicle.
