Formulation of Proclamation Text Museum is a popular history museum located in Jakarta, Indonesia. It was founded in November of 1992. The museum got its name because it is the same building in which the Proclamation of Indonesian Independence was formulated. The museum could be visited any time between 8:00 am to 4:00 pm from Tuesday to Sunday. It remains closed on Monday. A nominal fee of IDR 5000 is charged by the authorities to enter the museum.
