About Moco Museum
Moco Museum is a museum in Amsterdam, the Netherlands. It is an independent museum that displays modern and contemporary art. The museum is located on Museumplein which is a popular historic Villa named Alsberg. It was created in order to attract a broader and younger audience as well as making art accessible to the public. You have to pay an amount of 19.5 Euro per person to enter the museum; however, the amount is 16.5 Euro for the visitors ranging from 13-17 years. The children up to the age of 12 have not to pay any money and student are charged 16.5 Euro. It remains open from Monday to Thursday from 9:00 in the morning till 18:00 in the evening, while from Friday to Sunday it remains open up to 19:00 in the evening and open at the same time 9:00 am.

- It was one of the first privately-owned buildings and was private until 1939. Alsberg was designed by Eduard Cuypers who was the nephew of popular architect Pierre Cuypers.
