Gujarat Science City is a renowned museum based in the Indian state named Gujrat. The museum is dedicated to portray the scientific growth and innovations in the state. The museum has ample facilities available for the traveler and the museum authority welcomes a large number of visitors every year from around the world.
History
The museum was established in 1999 but it started operation for the public in the year 2001. The museum is maintained and owned by the Department of Science and Technology. The museum has a variety of attractions inside such as the hall of Space, Life Science Park, and Planet Earth. It has a lot more sections to explore.
The museum is open to the public for all 7 days of the week and the timings to visit the place are 10:00 AM- 08:00 PM. The ticket charges of the museum are 50 rupees per person but you may have to pay additional charges for different rides and exhibitions inside.

The museum is located on the SP Ring Road which is known to be a crowded place and travelers will have to face no such problems in fetching any kind of transportation at the time of arrival.
By Train
The railway stations located near the museum are Ambli station, Chandlodiya station, and Sabarmati F Cabin which is distant at 5-7 km away and can be covered in 10-15 minutes with the help of a taxi/cab or any public transport service.
By Bus
If one is traveling by bus then he/she must drop off at the closest bus stands/stops like Adhyatmik Tatvatirth station, Shree Narayan Bungalow stop, and Hebatpur station all these are situated at a distance of 6-8 km away and can be routed via car/taxi or any public transport service.
By Air
One can land at the Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel International Airport which is located at a distance of 26km away from the museum and can be cover within 40-45 minutes by hiring a cab/taxi or any other public transport vehicle.
By Ferry
If one opts to travel by ferry then he/she must deport to the nearest ferry terminals which are Riverfront Boating Station 1,2 and 3 and Ajita Corporation terminal which is distant about 10-13 km from the museum and can be reached in 25-30 minutes via car/taxi or any public transport service.
