About Gass Forest Museum
Gass Forest Museum is a renowned Government museum based in Tamil Nadu. The museum was set up in the year 1902. The museum is dedicated to protect the forests in the area. Nature lovers and forest researchers are often seen spending their time in the museum including other visitors of the state.
The museum is operational to the public for five days of the week while remains closed on Saturday and Sunday. Timings to visit are 09:00 AM - 05:00 PM. The ticket fare for the museum is Rs 40 for an adult Indian Citizen and Rs 20 for children while if you are a foreign national then you have to pay 200 INR for a visit.
