About Anne Frank House
The Anne Frank House is a museum situated in central Amsterdam, Netherlands. The museum is dedicated to Jewish wartime diarist Anne Frank. It is located on a canal named Prinsengracht. It was a hiding place for Anne Frank and her family alongside four others from Nazi prosecutions at the time of the Second World War It was founded by Otto Frank. The museum is on the third rank among the most visited museums in Amsterdam who receives over a million visitors in a year. You can easily arrive there by Trams line 13, 14, 17 or Bus lines 170, 172, 174. It is a part of the Museumvereniging. Wim Kok served as the president of the place. It was opened to the general public in May 1960.
