Raj Ghat is an important place for everyone who wants to know about Indian history. It is the place where father of nation Mahatma Gandhi was cremated. There are also other memorials of Indian politicians like Jawaharlal Nehru, Lal Bahadur Shastri, Indira Gandhi, and more.
Some Lesser Known Facts About Raj Ghat
- There is no entry fee on the Raj Ghat. Any person can visit between 6:30 in the morning to 6:00 of the evening and pay their homage the father of the nation any day of the week.
