You can explore this place in just two hours. There is no entry fee and it remains open 24 hours a day.

As the location is only few kilometers away from the popular library chowk of Mussorie, you can reach the location with a small drive in your private vehicle. You can easily arrive at the place by taking a taxi or a private vehicle from Dehradun city, situated 35 kilometers from your destination. Local transport options are rarely available as the site is not preferred by tourists and very few people go there due to its haunted reputation.

- In the early 1990s, it was a mining site and wrongful and inappropriate mining practices were going on at the time. As a result, over fifty thousand workers who were working and living near the place caught some lung infections. All of them died coughing blood. It is said the ghosts of all those workers who died here are still haunting the place.
