About Elbow Cay
Elbow Cay is situated in the Abaco Islands, and it runs about 8 miles long. The region is best known for the friendliness of its residents and its candy colored lighthouse. It is a quaint area with many spots that are the center of tourist attraction.

- The island comprises of great reef-breaks and one beach-break, which are all located just outside Hope Town. It is the largest settlement on the land. During the winter season, surfing is very popular in the region.

- The island was originally inhabited by British loyalists fleeing the independent USA in the year 1785. It was then visited by the Lucayan Indians in the later years. The residents survived mainly by survived by fishing, limited trading, and salvage of wrecked ships.

- The island has been affected by Hurricane Floyd in the year 1999 and most recently in 2019, by Hurricane Dorian, a category 5 Hurricane, which was the worst natural disaster the country had witnessed.

- The Wyannie Malone Museum displays an array of historical information, artifacts and is very educational for one who wants to know about the country and its history. From the arrival of the Lucayan Indians to the rum runners and the shipwrecks and pirates, it is a fun place to stop by.
