The Rock Garden of Chandigarh is the most popular attraction due to its beautiful sculpture. The garden is popular for the best use of waste product to enhance the beauty of the place. You can see statues made of old Bengals, tiles, and other products. It was founded by Nek Chand Saini in 1957. Although his work was illegal but he hid it for 18 years and the authorities discovered the place in 1975. It got the status of public space in the following year. It opens at 9:00 am and closes 8:00 pm on working days, while on Sundays closing timing is 6:30 pm. The ticket price for an adult is 30 Rupees, while for children they charge INR 20.
