About Our Lady Of Kazan Church
Zamoshnya is a village situated on the left bank of the river Uzr in the southwestern part of the chernobyl exclusion zone. Our lady of kazan church, is one of the three churches in the zone that have survived the test of time. It has been abandoned since 1929; it was used as a warehouse for a period of time during which, the dome of the roof was replacd with slates.
