It is the historic family cemetery situated near Morgan, Arkansas in the United States. It was established before 1837. It is a small size cemetery that covers less than one acre area. It is the oldest cemetery across the county.

The burial place is situated in a rural-suburban area of Pulaski County in Arkansas (USA). It is laid between the Arkansas River Trail and Palarm Creek. It sits atop a ridge that is slightly northeast of Arkansas Hwy 365 and just west of Mt. Pilgrim Church and Cemetery.

- It is a small abandoned cemetery that contains only ten marked graves and a couple of unmarked graves. It was hard to spot for a long period of time.
- The cemetery bounded by an iron fence and nine of the graves in the cemetery are enclosed by low stone walls and one remaining grave is placed outside the boundary of a low wall. The nine people rest in the stone wall are connected by blood or marriage while the outside grave was their neighbor's.
- The earliest burial in the cemetery was dated 1837. It belongs to Daniel Wilson.
- In early 2005, the cemetery was added to the NRHP.
